Birminghamusic.com has been asked to source local talent to play a slot at this year's Birmingham Diwali Celebration at Millennium Point infront of 10,000 people!

Organised by the Hindu Council of Birmingham and Birmingham City Council, the Diwali celebrations offer a spectacular insight into the celebrations of the Hindu New Year, transforming Millennium Point into a vibrant and colourful arena featuring top musical acts, fashion, dance and captive visual arts.

The event will take place over the weekend of Diwali celebrations  on Sunday 11th November 3pm - 7pm. the event will be covered by Birminghamusic.com, BBC WM and Midlands Today, with many other media sorts to be confirmed still.
